Amazing

I don't think that I tell my daughter enough just how amazing she really is. We were riding home from a longday at work when I caught a glimpse of her beautiful smiling face in the rear view mirror. Her brothers both chuckling she is performing mundane acts that they find hysterical. The sound of laughter filled the car as I caught myself thinking what a wonderful life that I have. Three beautiful, happy, and most importantly, healthy children Although not every day is filled with this continuous laughter and fun on the ride home, it makes me stop and realize how lucky I am.

As I sit and read a blog about a man with stage 4 cancer with two small children who is desperatly clinging on to the little bit of life that he has left I realize it is time to stop sweating the small things. We only have one life to live and a very limited life at that. We need to enjoy every bit of our time with our loved ones and make the most of it.

So in closing I would like to say: Make sure you stop to tell everyone that you care for how important they are to you, one day they may not be here and you won't want to wonder if they knew how you felt.
